Bridges
In some cases patients do not want to have a removable appliance and for gaps that are not too large we can use a bridge to close this gap. This young lady's bridge left her underwhelmed. The colour was too 'monochromatic' and the teeth were not in proportion.

I had a lower denture to replace one tooth that I had lost in an accident a few years ago; I hated this denture as it never fitted well. Implant-retained bridge
Three implants placed and bridge. Slight blanching of the gum due to immediate slight pressure of the new work against the gum, much like when you push gently at a nail bed. It will return to pink in less than 24 hours.
