Lovely feedback from a new patient
I was recommended to Mr Crutchley's practice by a close family friend, I was very nervous about going to see Mr Crutchley as all my previous dental experiences have been very negative. I was greeted at reception by Kim who made me feel welcome and sat with me and chatted till Mr Crutchley was ready to see me. Mr Crutchley came and met with mein the waiting room introduced himself and recognised immediately that I was nervous and spent a long time just reassuring me that he would be able to help me. During my consultation Mr Crutchley and Natalie listened to my all questions and worries about the treatment I needed but also explained fully and in a way that I understood.
I can’t thank the whole team enough for helping me through my visits and the aftercare has been wonderful.
