Out of Hours

In the event of an emergency we ask that patients contact the surgery ASAP. We have a dedicated slot in the diary each day for emergencies at 1.30pm on a “first come, first seen basis”.

Downpatrick Patients: At weekends our Denplan and Private patients can contact the dentist on call by phoning 07541516535. You will normally be seen within 24 hours if not that day. Please note the Call-Out fee for Private Patients is £150, whereas Denplan patients have all but £20 of that fee covered by their membership. 

This is one of the reasons we strongly advocate belonging to our membership plan. This emergency cover is useful even abroad or on the mainland. Peace of mind comes as standard at 15 Dental.

Belfast Patients: Our Belfast patients can contact Mr. Crutchley on 07766 901702. There is no call out fee for patients in Quality Plan

Our NHS patients should attend the Belfast City Hospital Relief of Pain Clinic, the hours are listed below.

City Hospital Relief of Pain Clinic is located in the Dental Out-Patients Department on the Ground Floor of the Belfast City Hospital Tower Block.

The Pain Clinic do not operate an appointment system, it is first come first served.

Monday - Friday	7.00pm to 8.30pm
Saturday & Sunday	10.00am to 11.30am 2.30pm to 4.00pm 7.00pm to 8.30pm
Bank Holidays	10.00am to 11.30am 2.30pm to 4.00pm 7.00pm to 8.30pm
